I am writing to you on behalf of our clients, Fairview Homes about their proposals for the redevelopment and refurbishment of Limerick Close.
You may be aware that Notting Hill Housing has leased the homes on this Close from Annington Homes for several years. The flats have been let as temporary accommodation to a number of households nominated by Lambeth Council.
Annington recently decided to end the lease when the current term finishes in August 2013 in order to redevelop the site in partnership with Fairview Homes. Notting Hill Housing will be working with the housing team at Lambeth to identify suitable alternative (temporary accommodation) properties in order to re-house the Limerick Close tenants throughout the period January to August 2013. They will also be keeping their tenants on Limerick Close informed about the process.
My company is helping Fairview to work with the community on the refurbishment and redevelopment proposals for the site. As part of our consultation we are holding three 45-minute workshops on Monday, 14th January at St Stephen’s Church Rear Hall, Weir Road. These are intended to provide a chance to discuss the proposals in greater detail both at the church and on the site itself.
If this would be of interest, please contact me on 020 7025 2317 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
