As of yesterday, Clapham Park Homes, Metropolitan Housing Partnership and the member organisations Spirita, Metropolitan Housing Trust (London) and Granta Housing Society, will now all be known as Metropolitan, with a new brand identity and a new look website.
The brand is part of the changes being made to improve services and to become more efficient and competitive. The work to centralise services is already well underway with an integrated customer services centre already in operation in Nottingham and plans in place to establish a central anti-social behaviour team.
Interim Chief Executive of Metropolitan, Peter Cleland, said: “It’s important that we continue to find ways to deliver better services. The move to operate under one name presents an opportunity to really define who are and what we do, and have more of an impact on our communities.”
The new website also has pages dedicated to your local areas, visit www.metropolitan.org.uk.
As part of the process, a new 24 hour telephonerepair line has been launched, 020 3535 3535.
